# Handoff — Portfolio Case Studies

## What we did
- Outlined the structure for all three case studies (challenge → approach → outcome)
- Wrote a full draft of Case Study A (~400 words) — now in 01-Projects/example-portfolio-website/ as draft-case-study-a.md
- Reviewed Case Study B brief; decided the process section needs more specificity before drafting
- Confirmed mobile breakpoints: 375px (iPhone SE) and 768px (tablet) are the two priority checkpoints

## Decisions made
- Case Study A will include one before/after screenshot comparison — the visual difference is strong enough to anchor the process narrative
- No metrics section in Case Study B (client hasn't shared data); outcome section will be qualitative

## In progress (incomplete)
- Case Study A draft is ~80% done — needs the "outcome" paragraph and a final read for tone
- Case Study B brief is rough — we only have the client summary; need the actual project files before drafting

## Open questions
- Does Case Study C need client approval for the screenshots we want to use? (I flagged this in tasks.md as blocked — waiting on email)
- Should the case study page use a list layout or a masonry grid? Holding on this until all three are written and we can see how they look together.

Open `01-Projects/example-portfolio-website/draft-case-study-a.md` and finish the outcome paragraph. Target: 50-75 words on specific results. Then do one final tone pass — the current draft is slightly more formal than my usual voice.
