Everything lands here first.

**The rule:** When you have a new capture — an idea, a link, a task, a note from a conversation — put it here. Don't classify it immediately. Let it sit. Triage on a regular cadence (once a day or once a week) by moving each item to its permanent home.

**Triage question for each item:**
- Is this a fact about me or my preferences? → `00-Memory/`
- Is this about an active project? → `01-Projects/[project]/`
- Is this a significant decision? → `03-Decisions/`
- Is this a reusable format or procedure? → `05-Patterns/`
- Is this something I learned? → `06-Lessons/`
- Is this not worth keeping? → Delete it.
